INTRODUCTION WSH (Scaffold) Regulations 2011 Clause 6(2a) stipulates that: “The responsible person shall not appoint any person as a scaffold supervisor unless the person is one who has successfully completed a training course acceptable to the Commissioner, to equip him to be a scaffold supervisor.” LEARNING OUTCOMES By the end of the course, participants will be competently trained as a scaffold supervisor with necessary safety knowledge and skills to lead the scaffold erectors to carry out the erection and dismantling of scaffold safely.
