About this Course
Ignorance of the law is no defence and in the business world if you are unaware about what is your legal rights and duties are you may find yourself in a disadvantages position when you are dealing with business transactions or entering into an employment contract.
This training program will equip you with an effective working understanding of the fundamentals of Singapore commercial law. In particular you will learn how the Singapore legal system works and how laws are traditionally classified. Through an understanding of this, you will be introduced to the various aspect of corporate law that governs how businesses in Singapore and elsewhere are administered.

Methodologies
Owing to the intense nature of this course, the approach that will be taken in delivering this program will be based on the trainer providing a case law scenario and getting participants to consider from their practical and common sense observation what the answer should be.
Subsequently the trainer will guide the participants through the legal aspect of the situation and get them to synthesize their original observation with the new body of knowledge that they have gained.
Thus the approach to this program will be scattered with many interactive and interesting discussion on the various aspects of corporate law that is intended to stimulate the curiosity nature of the participants. The participants will be provided with a workbook book which will contain the important aspects of corporate law and case studies with space enough for them to take notes for future references.
This will be coupled together with the trainer’s discussion through Powerpoint presentation and verbal discussion. Highly interactive and mentally stimulating workshop.
