About this Course

Advanced Paediatric Nursing (90 hrs) This module equips the students with the psychosocial perspective to enhance their understanding of the child, adolescent and family in the delivery of quality nursing care in the hospital and community settings. It also includes basic theory and skills of counseling to prepare advanced practice nurses to manage challenging situations in practice.PD11 Advanced Neonatal Nursing (75 hrs) This module provides knowledge and skills necessary for the safe and competent management of the newborn in the delivery room as well as in the neonatal intensive care unit.
