About this Course

This Competency Standard stipulates the skills and knowledge required in diffusion bonding process for the manufacture of aerospace components. It covers batch verification, furnace setup, pre-loading setup of component, process monitoring, loading/unloading of components and final conformance check. The standard also stipulates the application, demonstration and practising skills to monitor and operate diffusion bonding process.
