About this Course

This 300-level, 3-day, instructor-led course gives students the knowledge on how to implement, manage and maintain a private cloud infrastructure with Microsoft System Center technologies.

Module 1: Cloud Computing Concepts and Considerations

Module 2: Provisioning and Managing the Cloud Fabric

Module 3: Self-Service Provisioning and Cloud Management

Module 4: Automating Datacenter Processes

Module 5: Service Management for the Cloud

Module 6: Monitoring Private Cloud Infrastructure and Applications

Module 7: Operating and Maintaining a Microsoft private cloud Infrastructure

TARGET AUDIENCE

This course is intended for Enterprise Systems Engineers, Administrators and System Integrators interested in updating and expanding their skills to support dynamic datacenter and private cloud computing infrastructures implemented using Windows Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V and system Microsoft System Center 2012 technologies.

PRE-REQUISITE

It is highly recommended students have at least 3 years’ experience with Windows 2008; Hyper-V experience; Active Directory and SQL knowledge preferred.
