About this Course

The Master of International Tourism and Hotel Management is designed for students with no previous industry work experience but who wish to gain a higher qualification in the field of tourism and hospitality studies.

The course offers a variety of hotel and tourism units that allows students to study in a range of specialist fields including: tourism management, hotel adminstration, and business and special event management.

This 12-unit 12-month degree course combines practical experience with academic theory to enhance and broaden students' skills and help them gain an understanding of the nature and requirements of the tourism business environment.

Admission Requirements

Applicants must be of age 16 and above, and meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • A recognised Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution   
  • Demonstrate academic or professional standing considered by the University to be the equivalent to the requirement
