In today’s turbulent business environment, change is a constant. Organisational growth and survival depend on how well organisational transition is handled. The success rate of organisational transition has a dismal record of between 20 to 50 percent. Primary reason is the lack of consideration for the ‘human factors’ of organisational change.

The best way to increase the odds is to enhance management’s leadership ability to effectively lead and manage the transition and the change process. In this programme participants will learn frameworks, models and perspectives that they can immediately apply back at the workplace. They will also learn essential change initiatives as well as strategies that can make them more successful in their change management and leadership effort.

Objectives

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to;

Methodologies

It will be highly participative two-day training workshop. They are made up of a blend of theory, facilitated inputs, skills practice sessions, video support, group discussions, self-assessment, facilitator feedback and practical exercises.

There will be many easy to use tools, techniques and templates to aid every stage of the organisational change process. All participants will learn a set of common personal and organisational change vocabulary.

Learning will take place in a friendly, supportive atmosphere where participants will be applying newly acquired change leadership and management tools and techniques. This programme promise to be fun with many self-discoveries and insights.
