About this Course

The ITEC Diploma in Diet & Nutrition is a training course that will enable professionals to provide healthy eating advice for their clients whom they are already treating for other therapies, or for the purpose of improving health and lifestyle.

Students will study the theory of the main nutrients required for a healthy diet as well as deficiencies and disorders and key illness associated with diet. Additionally they will develop underpinning knowledge and skills required to successfully compose a dietary plan.
