Objectives

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to;

  • This course aims to show users who are proficient in the separate applications, the power of “Tandem” – using the Office Suite jointly.
  • Participants will learn to export data from one program to another, link application data together and use Object-Linking and Embedding (OLE) to create dynamically associated and updated data.

Target Audience

Anyone who wishes to work more efficiently by harnessing the combined power of the four core applications in Microsoft Office would benefit from attending this course.

Methodologies

Participants should ideally be familiar with the basic functionality of all four programs – Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Access prior attending this course.

A combination of lectures, explicit teaching, practical demonstrations and peer teaching is applied for this course.
