At the end of the course, the learner will be able to: • Identify the frequencies of RFID, advantages & disadvantages • Identify the tag classification in the EPCGlobal standard. • Identify RFID applications for production tracking and inventory tracking • Identify the phases of RFID Pilot Project • Encode RFID tag, configure RFID reader and middleware • Develop and present RFID application proposal • Identify types of RTLS and Applications • Gain UWB RTLS techniques for manufacturing applications • Identify RTLS technologies needs for indoor asset tracking • Identify RTLS technologies needs for outdoor asset tracking and monitoring • Apply RSSI-based technology for the indoor asset tracking test-bed
