This course provides students with skills and technical knowledge in process plant, drafting and designs.  You will use the latest 2D and 3D CAD software for design and modeling of Process Piping Systems, Plant Designs and Instrumentation Diagrams.

  • Process piping system including P & ID (Process and Instrumentation) diagrams, piping layouts and details, tanks and vessels.

Higher Nitec in Process Plant Design graduates with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 and above may apply for progression to the first year of a related diploma course at the Polytechnics.
