Higher Nitec in Banking Services with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 and above may apply for progression to the first year of a related diploma course at the Polytechnics. 

Career Prospects

Higher Nitec in Banking Services graduates are employed as Bank Tellers or Customer Service Representative in banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions. 

There are excellent opportunities for career advancement to supervisory positions and beyond. Bank Tellers with work experience and good performance may be promoted to a bank officer position or special grade clerk.
