Drafting and Vetting Employment Contracts

About this Course

If you do not have a properly drafted contract, when it goes to Court, the parties involved will incur additional cost, loss of manpower and resources. Many companies assume nothing will go wrong with a construction contract, and this is wrong.

Key essential clauses such as LD clause, governing law clause, payment and other terms will be discussed. Participants will appreciate these clauses better, and how to examine construction contracts carefully. Many practical examples will be used.

By the end of the course, participants would have developed an approach to deal with issues of handling construction contracts. Drafting and vetting of contracts will be taught and participants will be given practical exercises and guidelines in approaching contractual issues as a whole.
