About this Course

Through this course participants will: Acquire knowledge on the practices and procedures of collective bargaining and the processes involved Understand the key issues of union representation for executives and management prerogatives in industrial relations Know the employer’s rights and obligations and see how a collective agreement is prepared and registered with the Industrial Arbitration Court (IAC) Understand the process of conciliation and arbitration and good practices to avoid industrial actions
