▸ Handling of Casualty 

▸ First Aid materials 

▸ Fractures and Soft Tissues Injuries 

▸ Fever, Heat and Cold disorders 

▸ Poisoning, swallowed objects 

▸ Circulation & Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) 

▸ Medical illness – common childhood conditions 

Requirements

Participants are required to fulfill the following criteria before a Child First Aid Certificate is awarded. 

  • Attain 100% attendance in order to sit for the test. 
  • Attain 70% for both the theory and practical components. 
  • Those who fail to attain 70% will be allowed a 2nd attempt on the same test date. 
  • Those who fail on the 2nd attempt will be required to take a retest on another date.
