The built environment includes an ability to provide creative solutions to challenging design and construction problems, and to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. The programmes of study offered a pathway toward achieving a basic knowledge that is line with a changing and evolving construction industry and to meet the demands placed upon today’s building professional.

Assessment : 

Assignment 30% + Written Examination 70%

Entry Requirements :

• Lower Secondary
  
• Matured students, who have obtained other qualification, will be considered on an individual basis.
  
• Exceptions to the above will be assessed on a case by case basis by Academic Exam board members
  

Duration 

Full Time : 3 months

Part Time : 4 months

Mode

Full Time : Monday – Friday (3 hrs per day)

Part Time : Twice a week (3 hrs per day)
