WHAT WILL I LEARN

You earn a capability to design, implement and evaluate identification systems, data capture systems and communications networks and their associated security protocols within a business environment.

The course offers a pragmatic look at developing secure network and communication systems, with a view to combating fraud and malice, together with the need to handle error and mischance.

You will use dedicated facilities for systems analysis, e-commerce and business intelligence, and to support computer forensics.

You learned to  develop skills to specify and design and implement elements of an ICT system, integrating hardware, software and business aspects in compliance with appropriate standards

Entry Requirement

Applicants aged 19 years or older are eligible to enter the top-up degree programme with one of the following qualifications:

  • A relevant Auston Higher Diploma
  • Singapore government Polytechnic Diploma in relevant fields
  • NQF Level 5 qualification
  • Relevant equivalent qualification from recognised institutions
  • Non-related Diploma will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

Applicants whose first language is not English or whose previous qualification was not taught and assessed in English must provide evidence of attainment in English Language by achieving an IELTS 6 or an equivalent qualification.
