This programme’s philosophy is to challenge you intellectually and to build on the fundamentals that you have acquired from your prior studies in Hospitality to achieve degree-level graduate skills to subsequently assume managerial positions. The programme enhances the academic aspects of hospitality management studies.
It is designed to give you a firm understanding of the issues that affect practice within the industry. Students will learn to analyse key academic themes in the subject area and critically evaluate the wide range of management issues within different sectors of the hospitality industry which will prepare them for a successful career.
This programme also promotes a culture of self-development and reflection throughout the curriculum that will foster a greater sense of personal awareness and confidence necessary that is necessary to manage others.
