This course combines a solid foundation in business practices with the related study of HRM. Graduates will specialise in the final year focusing on HRM as a specific activity through modules such as People Resourcing and Strategic and Comparative HRM. Graduates will be able to apply the analytical frameworks enabling them to recognise, identify, evaluate and utilise HR strategically in organisations of varying size.
