About this Course

Students can gain a rewarding career in the real estate industry with the Diploma in Real Estate Management. This course is especially designed for those who wish to manage a real estate agency or work in the industry in the areas of sales or property management.

You’ll learn all about selling, marketing, leasing and managing property as well as administrative and general management functions. In addition, you’ll also become familiar with concepts relating to property and business law, urban and regional planning considerations, risk management and property appraisal.

*Student who have successfully completed and graduated from the above mentioned program with at least 5 years in the execution of construction projects, can apply to BCA as a General Builder GB Class 2 Technical Controller.

Entry Requirement(s) : 

• Minimum ‘O’ level with credit in Maths/English/Science or ‘A’ levels with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field. Candidate must be a minimum age of 23 and above
  
• Singapore Government Polytechnic Diploma
  
• Matured students who have obtained other qualification will be considered on theindividual basis
  
• All applicants final approval is subjected to Head of Academic
