Do you want a career as a quantity surveyor? The Diploma in Quantity Surveying has been designed in consultation with the construction industry, to give you the skills to manage financial aspects of construction projects.

Develop the ability to deal with clients, builders, sub-contractors and authorities. You also gain a thorough grounding in construction Technology.

Student who have successfully completed and graduated from the above mentioned program with at least 5 years in the execution of construction projects, can apply to BCA as a General Builder GB Class 2 Technical Controller.

Entry Requirement(s) :

• Minimum ‘O’ level with credit in Maths/English/Science or ‘A’ levels with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field. 
• Candidate must bea minimum age of 23 and above
• Singapore Government Polytechnic Diploma
  
• Matured students who have obtained other qualification will be considered on the individual basis
• All applicants final approval is subjected to Head of Academic
  

Duration (Part Time) : 15 months

Mode (Part Time) : Twice a week : 7pm to 10pm
